The Problem

Facebook Advertisers were frustrated. They didn’t understand how to interpret Facebook’s data, why it’s important to them, and how they should act on it.

 

My role

I was responsible for design, research and presenting findings to the executive team. This included rapid prototype testing with users, customer interviews and AppCues testing.

 
 
 
 
 

USER TESTING

I worked closely with an engineer creating a prototype that digested real user data to present personalized audience-focused information. We validated that this made it easy for them to measure, understand, and act.

Initially explored being cross-platform, but pivoted to focus on just Facebook. That being said, kept cross-platform possibilities in mind while testing.

Results

  • Received an overall acceptance rate of 70%+ for all the insights we provided.

  • Through AppCues, validated demand. 18% of customers signed up to participate in Audience Insights testing.
